How to enter:
Entry to All events is via secure credit card registration and payment with Active Network. There are Entry links at the bottom of the page content on each event webpage and also at the top on each event webpage.

Confirmation of Entry and Registration:
Electronic credit card transfer through the Regonline Active Network is your confirmation of entry. Active Network sends a confirmation email.

Refund Policy:
All entries are non-refundable. In the case of the event being cancelled for safety reasons or a natural disaster, entry fees will not be refunded or transferred.  Summer Of Cycling Events/Depeche Cycling promotions accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods. All personal property is the responsibility of the competitor.

Medical Transfer Policy:
If you are injured or have a medical condition that prevents you from participating, we will transfer your entry to the next years event upon submission of a genuine signed medical statement or certificate from your health care professional. All medical transfer applications must be received by email with attached proof before the close off entry date of any given event and are subject to a $30 transfer fee.

Late Fees:
Road events: Late fees of $30.00 (per rider) are applicable to all entries received after the close date and to all entries on the day of the event.
Mountain bike events: Late fees of $15.00 (per rider) are applicable to all entries received after the close date all entries on the day of the event. Trail Run events: Late fees of $15.00 (per runner) are applicable to all entries received after the close date all entries on the day of the event

How we communicate with you:
To align with our ‘Green marketing strategy’ We will not be printing any more entry forms or sending any paper mail correspondence.
All event communication updates will be via email and SMS.

Summer Of Cycling Events/Depeche Cycling Promotions reserves the right to refuse entries to any of our events from anyone for any reason.
